What is The Hollow?
The Hollow is Roblox's official Halloween survival event, run by the Roblox Presents team. Every night from October 22 to November 2, players step into a hub maze that reshapes itself daily, hunting for clues while dodging nine monsters borrowed from Roblox's most famous horror games — from DOORS and Piggy to 99 Nights in the Forest and The Mimic.
A Maze That Reshapes Each Night
The event hub maze regenerates every night for nine nights. Learn the route, collect clue fragments and never assume the same hallway leads to the same place twice.
Nine Horror Monsters
Each night brings one new threat from a different Roblox horror game. Recognise the tell, know the chase pattern and pick your hiding spot before it finds you.
Daily Event Quests
The quest log refills after each server reset. Open it in the hub, chase the daily clue and finish objectives to stack exclusive rewards over nine days.

The event runs from October 22 to November 2, 2026. The hub opens at 2pm PT on October 22 with the launch at 3pm PT; Roblox Plus subscribers can enter early at noon PT. The live finale happens the morning of October 31, and you can keep claiming rewards until noon PST on November 2.
How do I avoid the nightly monster?+
Every monster has a tell: Seek roars before it charges, The Deer lowers its head before sprinting, and Twisted Dandy distorts the maze around you. Keep moving, listen for audio cues, and head for corner rooms or lockers when the chase music starts. Each monster's page on this wiki lists its exact patterns.
How do event quests work?+
Open your quest log inside the event hub after each server reset. Each day you get fresh objectives: find the hidden clue, evade the featured monster while collecting fragments, and return to the hub to claim your reward. Completing all nine days stacks the full event reward set.
Do I keep my rewards after the event ends?+
Yes. Any avatar item, UGC or seasonal makeup you earn in The Hollow is permanently added to your account. The event hub closes on November 2, but everything you collected stays with you. The Hollow Horseman bundle and Plus perks follow the same keep-it rule.
What happens at the October 31 finale?+
On Halloween morning everyone still in The Hollow tries to get out at once — the event's in-world story treats it as the final escape. Roblox stages a live finale presentation, and it is the last chance to experience the full maze before the event wraps up toward November 2.
What do Roblox Plus subscribers get?+
Plus members get early access to the event (noon PT on launch day), an exclusive launcher item for gifting rewards, plus a profile frame and background. Unlike event cosmetics, the frame and background stay after the event theme disappears.
